Enable TDR Beta Features

WatchGuard makes beta TDR features available for testing before we enable these features for all TDR accounts. A TDR user with Administrator credentials can enable configuration of beta features. After you enable TDR beta features, you can configure the beta features in your TDR account.

  • If TDR beta features are available but are not enabled for your account, the beta option looks like this:

To enable or disable TDR beta features for a TDR service provider account:

  1. Log in to your TDR service provider account as a user with Administrator credentials.
  2. Click Accounts.
  3. To enable beta features, click Beta Tester.
    Beta features are enabled in your TDR managed accounts.
  4. To disable beta features, click Beta Enabled.
    The button label changes, and beta features are disabled in your managed TDR accounts.

To enable or disable TDR beta features for a TDR customer account:

  1. Log in to your TDR account as a user with Administrator credentials.
  2. Select Settings > General.
  3. To enable beta features, click Beta Tester.
    Beta features are enabled in your TDR account.
  4. To disable beta features, click Beta Enabled.
    The button label changes, and beta features are disabled in your TDR account.

After you enable beta features, additional optional features might be available on the General Settings page. You must enable optional TDR features before you can configure them. For more information, see TDR General Settings.
