Puede verificar si hay notificaciones push pendientes en la aplicación móvil AuthPoint. Puede usar esta opción si se autentica pero no recibe una notificación push. También puede utilizar esta función para recuperar notificaciones push que previamente descartó sin respuesta.
Cuando abre la aplicación móvil AuthPoint, esta verifica automáticamente si hay notificaciones push pendientes.
Para revisar si tiene notificaciones push pendientes, pulse Verificar si hay notificaciones push pendientes.
- Si hay notificaciones push pendientes, se mostrarán una a la vez y podrá aprobar o rechazar cada intento de autenticación.
- Si no hay notificaciones push pendientes, se mostrará un mensaje que dice “No hay notificaciones push pendientes”.
