No Information Status in Management UI

The WatchGuard Endpoint Security management UI can show "No information" in the status of endpoints. This could be because:

• The endpoint has not yet sent the status information to the management UI. Wait until the endpoint communicates the new information through the agent to the management UI.
• The version installed on the endpoint cannot report information about modules which are not supported. You might need to update the agent.
• The installation of the module is still in progress.
