If you have an active subscription license, managed accounts can add any number of users to their account. You can limit the maximum number of users for an account.
To limit the number of users for a managed account, in WatchGuard Cloud:
- Select Inventory.
- From Account Manager, select the managed account.
If this is a Service Provider account, you must also select their Subscriber account from their list of managed accounts. - In the section for the product you want to edit, select Allocation.
For example, select FireCloud > Allocation or ThreatSync+ NDR > Allocation. - Select the account.
The Edit Allocation page opens. - From the Allocation Type drop-down list, select Subscription.
- Select Limit the number of users.
- Enter the Maximum Number of Users this account can have.

- Click Save.
