About the Failed Authentications by Account List

On the Monitor AuthPoint page, the Failed Authentications widget shows Service Providers a bar graph with a count of failed user authentications in their account and accounts that they manage.

AuthPoint considers authentications that do not have a valid response to be failed authentication attempts. This includes:

  • Incorrect one-time passwords
  • Incorrect verification codes for QR code authentication
  • Push notifications that are not valid

AuthPoint does not consider denied push notifications to be failed authentication attempts.
