Use the steps in this topic if your WatchGuard Endpoint Security product allows or blocks a URL that it should not, or incorrectly categorizes a website.

A false negative URL is a legitimate URL that your endpoint security product does not block but it should. A false positive URL is a non legitimate URL that your endpoint security product blocks but it should not.

If your endpoint security product does not block a URL that it should, send the URL to: [email protected]

URL False Positives

If your endpoint security product blocks a URL that it should not, contact Support and include this information:

• Description of the issue
• Description of the URL (local or remote)

Change the Categorization of a Website

If you believe your endpoint security product does not correctly classify a website, you can request a category change for the website. Contact Support if you have a website categorization issue.
