Your operator role determines what you can see and do in WatchGuard Cloud. Your role must have the Access File Access Information permission to view or configure this feature. For more information, go to Manage WatchGuard Cloud Operators and Roles.
For optimal performance of the Advanced Reporting Tool and Data Control, make sure the network and computer meet these requirements.
Network Connection Requirements
- Ports: Communication through port 443 allowed
- Bandwidth: Sufficient bandwidth to show information collected from user computers in real time
Computer Requirements
- Minimum screen resolution: 1280 × 1024 (1920 × 1080 recommended)
- Processor: Sufficient processing power to upload module charts and lists in real time
- Supported browsers: Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome
