Email Custom Report

Applies To: Wi-Fi Cloud-managed Access Points (AP120, AP125, AP225W, AP320, AP322, AP325, AP327X, AP420)

You can email a custom report to one or more email addresses.

You must have email services configured in Analyze to be able to email reports. When you use the Analyze system email service, you must confirm the email address you use to send the reports. For more information, see Configure SMS and Email Settings.

To mail a report:

  1. Select the Reports tab.
  2. Select the location floor for which the report was created.
  3. Click the icon for the report, then click Email.
  4. Select Get Latest Report to download the latest available report.

You can also specify a custom date. This is the end date up to which the report is generated. For example, if the report duration is "last 7 days", then the custom date is considered as the seventh day.

  1. Enter a list of comma-separated email addresses to which to send the report.
  2. Click Email.
