Operators of a Service Provider account can view managed Subscriber and Service Provider accounts. This enables Service Providers to configure services for their managed accounts.
The operator role assigned to WatchGuard Cloud users determines what level of access they have when they view a managed account. Some operators have read–only permissions, while others may have edit permissions for certain areas. All actions are logged and recorded.
To view a managed Subscriber account:
- From Account Manager, select the Subscriber account you want to view.
You can now view and edit the account services if your operator permissions allow.
You can not see or edit accounts managed by a tenant Service Provider account.
If you click to open the My Account drop-down with the Subscriber account selected in Account Manager, your User Name shows but the Account Name reflects the account you are in.
If you click My Account, the Administration > My Account page opens for the account you are in, not your own account.
