Technical Certification
WatchGuard technical exams focus on specific product lines. The exams are intended to validate that a participant can install, configure, and manage a WatchGuard appliance. We currently offer two technical certification exams, described below.
WatchGuard Certified System Professional - XTM

The WatchGuard Certified System Professional-XTM (WCSP-XTM) exam certifies that individuals who pass the test are competent in the installation, configuration, management, and monitoring of a WatchGuard Firebox or XTM device with Fireware XTM OS. The courseware and exam reference WatchGuard System Manager management software.
Before you take the Fireware XTM certification exam, make sure that you are familiar and comfortable with the fundamentals of network security, WatchGuard System Manager management software, and Fireware XTM configuration tools. You can use our online resources to prepare for this exam, or attend an instructor-led session at one of our Certified Training Partners.
The WCSP-XTM certification is open to all WatchGuard partners and customers.

WatchGuard Certified System Professional - XCS

The WatchGuard Certified System Professional–XCS (WCSP–XCS) exam certifies that individuals who pass the test are competent in the installation, configuration, management, and monitoring of a WatchGuard XCS device.
Before you take the WCSP–XCS certification exam, make sure that you are familiar and comfortable with the fundamentals of email and the WatchGuard XCS configuration tools. You can use our online resources to prepare for this exam, or attend an instructor-led session at one of our Certified Training Partners.
The WCSP–XCS certification is open to all WatchGuard partners and customers.

WatchGuard Certified System Professional - SSL

The WatchGuard Certified System Professional – SSL (WCSP-SSL) exam certifies that individuals who pass the test are competent in the installation, configuration, management, and monitoring for WatchGuard SSL devices.
Before you take the WCSP-SSL certification exam, make sure you are familiar and comfortable with the fundamentals of SSL VPN and the WatchGuard SSL configuration tools. You can use our online resources to prepare for this exam, or attend an instructor-led session at one of our Certified Training Partners.
The WCSP-SSL certification exam is open to all WatchGuard partners and customers.
