What exams are available?WatchGuard offers technical exams, which concentrate on WatchGuard products and management software. How much do the exams cost?Customers can purchase exam login accounts for US$195 MSRP. Contact a WatchGuard Training Partner or WatchGuard Customer Care for more information. Where can I take the exams?The exams are available online. You can purchase keys from a WatchGuard Training Partner or WatchGuard Customer Care. How do I register to take an exam?Registration for the exams is available online. After processing your registration request, we will send you a user name, password, and instructions for navigating the online exam. What are the prerequisites for the exams?There are no specific prerequisites, but using our online training resources and instructor-led courses is highly recommended. Additionally, applicants should have experience working with WatchGuard products, as the exams cover specific questions about WatchGuard's management software. How should I prepare for the exams?Our online training resources and instructor-led courses can help you prepare for the certification exams. How long are they?Each exam consists of 50 questions. You have two hours to complete an exam. A timer on the screen will show you how much time you have left. What is a passing score?You must receive a score of 80% to pass. How many times can I take an exam?Your login account gives you two attempts at an exam. If you fail both attempts, you will need to purchase an additional login account if you want to attempt the exam again. What happens when I pass?Your status will be updated in Certification Central and you will be able to print your certificate. |
