WatchGuard Out of Warranty Component Replacement ProgramAll WatchGuard hardware comes with a one-year limited hardware warranty. Warranty expiration dates are determined one-year from the date of registration. If the unit was not registered online, the one-year limited hardware warranty is calculated using the date the unit was shipped from our warehouse. This calculation is fifteen months from the date of shipment from our warehouse facility. For non-End of Life Firebox® SOHO, Firebox® Vclass, and Firebox® III, hardware coverage beyond this one-year limited warranty may be obtained via our Extended Hardware Warranty Program. The Extended Hardware Warranty may be renewed each year that your hardware platform is supported by WatchGuard with a maximum of 3 consecutive extended warranties. Please note that the expiration dates for hardware warranty and LiveSecurity® subscription services may differ. The Firebox® X and Firebox® X e-Series product line includes the hardware warranty as part of your LiveSecurity® Service. WatchGuard is not responsible for device failures that are a result of an act of God including but not limited to thunderstorms, power surges, or power outages. A limited number of components of the Firebox® SOHO, Firebox® Vclass, and Firebox® X product lines are field serviceable by certified PC hardware technicians. Cooling fans and power supplies are available only to those customers who have access to a Certified PC technician. Instructions for replacing power supplies and cooling fans are available under the FAQ portion of our web site, which require login credentials to access. If you prefer not to participate in our Extended Hardware Warranty Program and your WatchGuard components fail outside of the original warranty period, you can purchase following components:

If you wish to take advantage of this program option, please contact WatchGuard's Customer Care Department at 877.232.3531 (Option #1) in the US and Canada or +1.206.521.8375 internationally. You may only participate in this program through the WatchGuard's Customer Care Department. Payment must be completed with a valid credit card or purchase order; however please note that purchase orders will only be accepted from Authorized WatchGuard Partners who have been pre-approved by our Credit Department to submit them. Approved WatchGuard Partners submitting purchase orders must fax a signed copy of the purchase order to the WatchGuard Technical Support department at: 206.521.3099. A signed copy of the purchase order must be received by WatchGuard's Customer Care Department before shipment of replacement parts can occur. |
