Gateway AntiVirus/Intrusion Prevention Service with anti-spyware

This easy-to-manage, signature-based security subscription identifies and blocks known malicious code within otherwise benign-looking network traffic, files, and attachments in real time. By adding Gateway AV/IPS, you get an additional layer of powerful protection against spyware, viruses, and application exploits including trojans, buffer overflows, SQL injections, instant messaging and P2P usage, and policy violations. It continually checks for new signatures and automatically updates your system as new signatures are available.

spamBlocker utilizes industry-leading Rapid Pattern Detection (RPD™) technology from Commtouch® to monitor the Internet for distinct patterns in global email messaging. Up to 97% of spam is blocked at the gateway and never reaches the internal mail server. Spam is blocked regardless of the language, content, or format of the message, including image-based spam.
