SEATTLE – March 29, 2010. WatchGuard® Technologies, a global leader of business security solutions, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX), a leading business process services company. As part of this agreement, SYNNEX will distribute WatchGuard's award winning multifunction firewalls solutions, e-mail and content security offerings and stand-alone SSL VPN appliances to more than 15,000 resellers throughout North America.

"WatchGuard is excited about adding SYNNEX to our distribution channel," said Mark Romano, Director of Global Channel and Field Marketing at WatchGuard Technologies.
