WatchGuard FireCloud Integration with WatchGuard CloudDR

WatchGuard FireCloud is a cloud-delivered Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) platform that replaces legacy enterprise VPNs. It unifies Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) in a single console managed within WatchGuard Cloud. This guide describes how to integrate FireCloud with CloudDR.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure that you have a valid WatchGuard FireCloud license.

Integration with CloudDR reads activities and user information from your FireCloud instance. Go to WatchGuard Privacy Guides for details on the information that CloudDR processes.

Configure the FireCloud Integration in CloudDR

To configure the FireCloud integration in CloudDR:

1. Select Configure > CloudDR.
2. Select Integrations > SaaS Services.
3. (Service Providers) Click Add Integration.
   1. Select the product you want to integrate.
   2. Click Next.
   3. Select the organization where you want to integrate the product.
   4. Click Start Integration.

4. (Subscribers) In the WatchGuard FireCloud widget, click Add. Click Start Integration.
5. Select the check box to enable CloudDR to read user activities and user information from the FireCloud instance.
6. Click Validate.
