Can I use my LiveSecurity® credentials? The user name and password you use to access your LiveSecurity® service do not work for the WatchGuard User Forum.
You must create a new account for the Forum. We suggest you do not use the same user name and password that you use to access your LiveSecurity service.
I cannot log in with my Forum username and password! JavaScript is required to complete the Forum login. To make sure it works:
  1. Make sure that your browser allows JavaScript.
  2. Make sure that any content-filtering solution (such as the HTTP Proxy on a WatchGuard Firebox) allows Content Type (MIME Type) application/x-javascript.
Still having problems? If you are sure your Forum user name and password are correct, and you did the previous steps to allow JavaScript, but you still cannot log in, please email the Forum Administrator: wbadmin/@/watchguard/./com (remove slashes)
