I forgot my user name and/or password.
If you know your email address, you may be able to reset your password. If you forgot the email address associated with user name and password, please email supportID@watchguard.com and specify your first name, last name, company name, email address and LiveSecurity® license key.
I don't have a user name or password.
To create a user name and password, you will need to register. Fill out the personal information and select a user name and password.
My user name and password aren't working.
Verify that you have entered your user name and password correctly. Passwords must be between 6 and 15 numbers and/or letters.
If this does not work, please email supportID@watchguard.com and specify your first name, last name, company name, LiveSecurity license key, and mention the error you are receiving.
How do I access the LiveSecurity® Service?
To access the LiveSecurity Service, you'll need to be a LiveSecurity Subscriber and activate your WatchGuard® product online.
- First, you'll need to register and create a WatchGuard account.
- After you've successfully registered, click the "Activate your product" link or go directly to www.watchguard.com/activate/.
- Upon successful product activation, you'll be able to access your LiveSecurity Service at any time with the WatchGuard user name and password you have selected.
Where do I log in to the LiveSecurity Service?
To log in directly to your LiveSecurity Service, click "Log In" in the top-right corner of any page.
I'm a new user. How do I register and log in to the Partners section?
To gain access to the WatchGuard Partners area, register as a WatchGuard user and indicate that you are a Channel Partner or Reseller. Upon successful registration, you will be able to access the WatchGuard Partners site with your WatchGuard user name and password.
